These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Carpet Divine (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Products and Orders

⦿ We sell handmade tufted carpets crafted with care and quality materials.

⦿ All orders are subject to product availability.

⦿ We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

⦿ Colors and designs of products may slightly vary from images shown due to photography and screen display settings.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

⦿ All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and based on your location you can also change it and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

⦿ We accept payment through Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, etc.].

⦿ Payment must be completed before order processing.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

⦿ We ship products within India and and outside India ( Global Country ).

⦿ Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

⦿ Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout, but within India Free Shipping we provide. For International orders we charge the shipping rate.

⦿ Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

⦿ We accept returns and exchanges within 5 Calender days of delivery for damaged product, received wrong item and size, customer dislike the product.

⦿ Handmade carpets are custom products; please review your order carefully before purchase.

⦿ Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected within 4 – 6 Business Days.

6. Limitation of Liability

⦿ We strive to ensure product quality but are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

⦿ Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
