1. Shipping Coverage

⦿ We deliver PAN India to all serviceable pin codes.

⦿ International shipping is available for All Countries, except some countries. Shipping charges and timelines may vary.

 

2. Order Processing Time

⦿ All carpets are made-to-order and handcrafted with care.

⦿ Production Time: 3 - 6 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances).

⦿ Once ready, the order is dispatched and delivered within the delivery timeline below.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

📍 Domestic Orders (Within India)

     ⦿ Delivery Time: 7 – 12 Business days after order placement.

🌐 International Orders ( Outside India )

      ⦿ Delivery Time: 15 – 20 Business days after order placement.

 

4. Shipping Charges 

⦿ Free Shipping For India :- Only For Domestic Orders Within India.

⦿ International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

 

5. Order Tracking

⦿ Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

⦿ You can also track your order anytime from your account or through the “Track Order” page on our website.

 

6. Delays & Exceptions

⦿ In Some Cases Delivery delays for few days due to natural calamities, strikes, customs clearance (for international orders), or other unforeseen factors.
