Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 5 calendar days after receiving your order if :-

⦿ You received the wrong product, wrong size, or a product with manufacturing defects.

⦿ The carpet has a color defect that differs from the product description (excluding minor color variations due to photo lighting).

⦿ You are not satisfied with the product and wish to return or exchange it.

Note :- Returns or refunds will not be accepted solely due to minor color differences caused by lighting or screen display.

 

2. Return & Exchange Process

⦿ To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us within 5 days after receiving your order through Call, WhatsApp or Email us with your order details and reason.

⦿ We recommend recording a video of the carpet being unpacked to document the product’s condition, though this is not mandatory.

⦿ Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our business location, your refund or exchange will be processed within 4 - 6 business days.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

⦿ If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong product, or wrong size, Carpet Divine will cover the return shipping costs.

⦿ For returns due to customer preference or dislike, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


4. Refunds

⦿ Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned carpet.

⦿ Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account or original payment method within 4 - 6 business days after approval.

 

5. Conditions for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

⦿ Returned carpets must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

⦿ Custom Size or personalized carpets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
